Ty is a Licensed Real Estate Agent who has a love and respect for the Illawarra, having grown up in the region.

Ty's life experiences have given him the skills to be able to offer empathy and understanding to whatever situation his client's find themselves in. He has the passion and tenacity to be able to achieve exceptional results and also work in a team environment at ONEAGENCY.

One of Ty's passions, outside of Real Estate, is sailing. He has sailed and competed in nine Sydney to Hobart yacht races as part of the crew. He has been on the winning yacht twice with arguably the best win being on Loyal in 2012. This only happens if you know how to work in a team environment and are committed to the end goal. These skills are carried across into his work as a Real Estate Agent. Being involved with the Sydney to Hobart Yacht race and the Loyal Foundation has seen him have a major part in helping to raise over 4 million dollars, with 100% of this money going to charity.

Ty understands the need to assist in making the sale of his client's property as seamless as possible and to work with them to ensure they are kept fully informed throughout the whole process.

We were very, very happy with the expertise, knowledge and treatment from the first viewing of the property to the end at settlement.
